Keen observer of human behavior (Thu Sep 30, 2004 8:04pm ET)report post
by Joshua Riopelle
A firstrate talent with a creativity born out of
a superior intellect coupled with a concern and
compassion for others. Anything but self-
centered and elitist. Any conflict with others
stems from Kevin's lack of desire "to get ahead" and for his confidence in his own
abilities. He avoids sychophancy at all costs.
A truly fine human being.

The Count of Monte Cristo was outstanding. The scenery, music, acting by all, the cinematography was breathtaking. It's been on the starz channel and I've seen at least 6 times. I can't resist it.

Fandango was another great movie. Really the only movie I liked Costner in. He was good as well as the rest. Fun movie to watch. The scene at the parachute school was priceless as was the spaced out space cadet who ran it.

I felt compelled to offer my thoughts not on his talents as a director, but on his qualities as a man. I have met few men or women, that are as likable, seemingly concerned, and friendly as Kevin Reynolds. Dealing with Kevin was always a pleasure. He was open, generous with his time, and honest. Just a good guy (a rarity these days). I wish him much success and happiness.
