Too sad this HK director, ranked top 3 in HK during the 80s and early 90s have long gone his shiny days.
From with this husband and wife team is they are more interested as producers and their movies lack originality. Foreign audience may not know that nearly all TH movies are copied or remake from Chinese Classic Movies but too bad, none of his remake is better than the originals.
His most recent copy, "Missing" is copied from Hollywoods' The Deep & Ghost with scenes and ideas taken from HK's 4 best horror thriller in recent years, The Eye, Eye 2, Inner Senses & Re-cycle.
