to me the movie as a whole but more importantly the second to last scene of "city hall' was some of the bedt acting I have seen in a long time. why pacino and cusack didn't get some award recognition is beyond me. what harold becker did accomplish in this film was to make the relationships in the film stand out more than anything else , therefore making the final scene more than just "work".If I was ever to live my dream, and become a director, I think I would want a film to speak to its audience like harold becker has done in "city hall". frank gaglio
