Jacob Young
In 2000, Mr. Young joined the cast of General Hospital, playing to role of Lucky Spencer. The role garnered him the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Lead Actor in May 2002.
Mr. Young portrayed Rick Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful, during which he received a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Younger Lead Actor. His feature film credits include The Girl Next Door, with additional television credits for the ABC movie The Beach Boys: An All American Family and ABC's Hope & Faith.
Growing up in Washington State, Mr. Young began to showcase his talent in productions of Guys and Dolls, Grease, The Wizard of Oz and Our Town. He has performed in many ABC Daytime benefits in support of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. On May 9, 2006 he made his Broadway debut in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, playing the role of Lumière, the candlestick.
Mr. Young's talents extend beyond television, film and stage. His self-titled CD, Jacob Young, was released in 2001.
