Emily Rose
Rose received her undergraduate degree in theater from Vanguard University in Orange county and toured the western states each summer with Entourage or Deliverage, the university sponsored sketch comedy team. She studied in Oxford, England in the summer of 2005, at the British American Drama Academy a Shakespeare intensive, and recently graduated with her MFA in acting from UCLA.
While at UCLA, Rose taught with Arts Bridge America program reinforcing the arts in LA public schools, and also at the UCLA summer Youth Performance Conservatory. She has studied with Mel Shapiro, Salome Jans, April Shawhan, Ellen Geer, Paul Wagar, Jean-Louis Rodrigue, and Gordon Hunt. Additionally, she has been honored to participate in Master classes with, Tim Robbins, Henry Goodman, Helen Hunt, Annette Benning and Mark Rylance.
Rose's theatrical roles include Sylvia in I Gelosi, Dorine in Tartuffe, and currently Beth in Wounded with the Los Angeles Theater Ensemble at the Powerhouse Theater. She is also currently working on a video game for Naughty Dog Inc.
Rose is from Seattle, Washington, and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
