Naoko Ogigami
Born in 1972, Chiba. She went to the United States in 1994 to study film at the University of Southern California. She received attention for her directorial debut Barber Yoshino (Yoshino's Barber Shop) (2003), which received A Special Mention at the Kinderfilmfest of Berlin International Film Festival. Kamome Shokudo is Naoko Ogigami's third feature film. Paying attentions to small details without big accidents have given audience relaxing life style of Finland and peace especially to many busy Japanese audiences through Kamome Shokudo.
