Mary Elizabeth Winstead
Winstead last starred as the female lead in Final Destination 3. Previous film credits include The Ring Two with Naomi Watts, Sky High opposite Kurt Russell and Kelly Preston and the independent film Checking Out.
On the small screen Winstead is probably best known for her role as Jessica Bennett in the popular NBC daytime drama Passions for which she received nominations from The Hollywood Reporter's Young Star Awards and the Young Artist Awards for her performance on the show. Other television credits include the CBS series Wolf Lake, the MTV original film Monster Island, and guest roles in popular shows such as Touched by an Angel, Tru Calling and Promised Land.
Winstead, a cousin of the legendary Ava Gardner, is no stranger to the stage. She began her career in the performing arts as a dancer for which she studied ballet, tap and jazz. Her theatre credits include The Nutcracker and the Broadway production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Donny Osmond.
Originally from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Winstead now mostly resides in Los Angeles or wherever her next project takes her. Despite her busy schedule, she is still finding time for higher education, taking college courses online.
