| by Alyssa To think of Eugene Hutz and anything but a genius is rediculous. And i don't mean genius as profusely intellectual. not saying he isn't that. but I mean genius as he knows exactly who he is and what he wants to tell the world. and he tells it through his music. listening to Gogol Bordello...is just an experience in itself. an experience i think everyone should have. and having the idea to bring the gypsy way of life onto a stage, and then leading this idea into the world..or..into the public more so. is..facinating. something that isn't seen that often really. the entertainment value of it is what captures me the most. most people on stage just stand around or jump into things. thier stage presents can capture an audiences attention like nothing i have ever seen. i am so greatful have experienced it. | by denis I think one would be a fool not to see a leading-man potential in this artist. In the film Everything is Illuminated, I found myself completely captivated with his story and not that of Wood's character. He possesses a strong theatrical talent and penetrating physical presence. It won't be long til we see him in other roles besides "art-house". Comment on this... |
