Kimmel is also executive producer on the hit MTV series The Andy Milonakis Show, an absurd comedy centered on young Andy, stuck at home in his apartment on New York's lower east side. The Andy Milonakis Show airs during MTV's highly rated Sunday Stew.
Kimmel co-created Crank Yankers on Comedy Central, co-hosted Comedy Central's The Man Show, and served for four seasons as on-air NFL prognosticator for Fox NFL Sunday. In addition to Jimmy Kimmel Live and Crank Yankers, Jackhole Industries -- the company Kimmel formed with partners Daniel Kellison and Adam Carolla - executive-produced Gerhard Reinke's Wanderlust (a comedy travel show which aired on Comedy Central), and a reality-based made-for-Comedy Central feature film entitled Windy City Heat, which won last year's Comedia Award at the Just for Laughs comedy festival in Montreal.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Kimmel began his career in morning radio. Fired from stations in Phoenix, Seattle, Tampa and Tucson, Kimmel's luck finally changed as Jimmy the Sports Guy on KROQ-FM Los Angeles' Kevin and Bean Show, where his popular comedy sportscasts never even got him fired once.
In 1997 Kimmel became co-host of Comedy Central's long-running and popular game show, Win Ben Stein's Money. He has twice been nominated for an Emmy, and won Best Game Show Host in 1999. Kimmel co-hosted the show, which garnered much critical acclaim, and was chosen by numerous television critics for their year-end Top Ten lists for three-and-a-half years.
Kimmel currently resides in Los Angeles with his 14-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son.
