Stephen McKinley Henderson

Stephen McKinley Henderson appeared on Broadway as King Hedley II, Slow Drag in Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, and he created the role of Turnbo off-Broadway in Jitney. His other off-Broadway work includes Zooman and the Sign and A Raisin in the Sun. This past year, Mr. Henderson was a member of the Sundance Theatre Lab Company and has worked often in regional theatres. On television, Henderson has appeared on Law & Order, Third Watch and Criminal Intent. He will appear in the Manhattan Theatre Club's production of Regina Taylor's new play Drowning Crow opening in March 2004.
