Rhys Muldoon

Since graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts in 1989, Rhys Muldoon has been in constant work. He has taken lead roles in many theatre productions including Amadeus; A Midsummer's Night Dream; Romeo And Juliet; Design For Living and Decadence. (for which he won Best Actor at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and was nominated for a Green Room award).

His lead roles in television include The Genie From Down Under; Big Sky; Half A Work Away; Mumbo Jumbo, and the ABC's acclaimed television series Grass Roots for which he was nominated for Best Actor at the 2000 Australian Film Institute Awards. He will shortly be seen in the second series of Grass Roots.

Danny Deckchair marks Rhys Muldoon's feature film debut.
