Melissa Archer (born December 2, 1979) is an American soap opera actress. She was born in Dallas, Texas.

She was hired to play the role of bad girl Natalie Balsom on One Life to Live in 2001. Over time, the audience learned that Natalie was really Viki's daughter with Clint Buchanan. This, coupled with the character's love affair with Cristian Vega (David Fumero), slowly turned her good.

In 2003, Archer won a Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Newcomer.
