Richard Lintern

Accomplished in film, theatre and television, Richard was born in Taunton, Somerset, England. He won a scholarship to attend the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, where he received his artistic training.

Upon completion of his studies, Richard took on his first role playing opposite Sophia Loren in the mini-series entitled MOMA LUCIA. His theatrical credits include roles in THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, MY NIGHT WITH REG, DIAL M FOR MURDER, HAMLET," and the Royal Shakespeare Company's production of THE DUCHESS OF MALFI.

Over the course of his career, he has

appeared in numerous television productions including POIROT, HOUSE OF ELIOT, CADFAEL, IMOGEN'S FACE, SWEET REVENGE, plus READY WHEN YOU ARE MR. MCGILL," in which he takes the leading role.

Recently, Richard has been working at the National Theatre with Tony Award winning director Jack O'Brien (HAIRSPRAY) on the production HIS GIRL FRIDAY, based on the Cary Grant film.
