Born in Albany, New York, Scott decided to pursue acting at Syracuse University. He has starred in the films Funny Valentine and Learning to Swim, and his television credits include the series lead in With You In Spirit and guest starring roles in American Dreams, That 70's Show and All My Children. Scott's stage credits include Fargo and Syracuse University's productions of Much Ado About Nothing and The Duel.

Scott currently lives in Los Angeles.
