Paul Sonkkila
UK born and trained, Sonkkila has been a regular presence in Australian drama, both television and film, for over twenty years. Film credits include Peter Weir's The Year of Living Dangerously (1982) and Gallipoli (1981), That Eye, The Sky (1995) directed by John Ruane and The Interview (1998) alongside Hugo Weaving. In television, Sonkkila played a lead role in the landmark Australian Broadcasting Company series Phoenix and has appeared in many other series including Blue Murder, The Feds, Good Guys Bad Guys, Wildside and Stingers.
