I first saw James in Nicholas Nickerby and thought he was a very good actor, then I saw M&C and suddenly it hit me what a beatiful creature he is. I have never seen a man look so fine in a uniform and the scar across his handsome face just made him so much more desirable. I have read a few rumors about a follow up film to M&C. That all the actors are on board except for big Russ. Does anyone have anymore info on this?

PLEASE RUSSELL make another M&C please please please.

Looking forward to 'Poetic Unreason'. I love a good costume drama and as it stars James Im sure it will be wonderful.

I too just finished watching Master and Commander and I too could not take my eyes off of Lt. Tom Pullings! I have never heard of him until now and I think this star is on the rise. I really hope that he keeps integrity in the movie business.

I never heard of James D'Arcy untill Master & Commander ......... At first I liked his accent, then his chest(in a scene) then his face, then his hands (i like nice hands on a guy) then his awesome eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now hes my fav. actor and M&C is my and my 2 friends fav. movie!!!!!!!

Lectora de las novelas de O´Brian, seguidora del cine independiente, James d´Arcy es todo un descubrimiento. Ojalá se deje ver más en las pantallas a raíz del estreno de Master and Commander ya que en España es complicado seguir su filmografía. Ni creo que lea esta página ni creo que sepa español, pero si así fuese, mis mejores deseos para su carrera.
