| by Carolyn What vindication to read the posts here. I am more of a film than a TV buff, and really appreciate great actors. John Francis Daley's performances on F&G (all I have seen of his as of yet) are some of the most amazing I have ever seen. Just incredible. All of the actors on the show were amazing, but John's carried me until I got hooked on the show. The subtlety of John's performance with all the tiny details and realism brought out so many aspects of the character - this made his character the most powerful of the show, for me. | by Caitlin hey,i love F&G sssooo much,ive been waking up 2 hours before i have to,to get ready for school,just so i can watch at least 1 episode a morning! as you can tell from my bad punctuation usage(i always put commas everywhere!)im young(im only 12)but recently ive been OBSESSED with F&G!!! ive watched ever episode like a million times!!! and john your my favorite character,and dont listen to neal when he tells you to date a girl cuz shes pretty!!! um.....i dont know what to say,your just a REALLY great actor,i look up to you! i have a question,when did you start acting?!i read on sites that your dad is an actor and that you started out young,but in a commentary(i thought it was you,but your voice sounded different)they were saying they had never acted before,was that you?! | by Holls Watching the DVD was bittersweet for me. I'm torn between forever loving Paul Feig and Judd Apatow for creating such a wonderful show (and also loving the cast, of course!), and hating the American public for watching some stupid show where no one ever actually wins a million dollars instead of one of the wittiest, truest to life shows ever made. Critical acclaim? Check. Amazing cast? Check. Dead-on writing? Check. Ratings? Apparently not good enough to keep one of the best shows of all time (imho) on the air.  Sadness. But still, we have the great 18 episodes forever memorialized on our little discs! Comment on this... |
