by R. Anthony Freeman Personally,I enjoyed all of G. Hardwicks films. I thought they all brought a twist of energy to the screen. We need more films that show a lighter side of who we are. I look forward to working with him in the future. Comment on this...

by Melvin Easley Reading over all the interesting places Mr. Hardwick has been throughout his life, gives me enlighten motivation to pursue down some of the same trails. I am currently a supervisor at formerly known Scientific Atlanta and a writer / creator of many. I am author and movie conceptionalizer that is looking for a screenplay writer for collaboration on an ideal. The Brother's a great movie and Delivery Us from Eva another great movie and both challenges my ambition to bring it. Comment on this...

by Francine I have enjoyed GHard's directing particulary in Brother' that movie was a hit. I just had the opportunity to see "Deliver us from Eva" which I also thought was an excellent piece...however why were all the scenes shot so closely. There were no panoramic views of LA which would make someone say...oh that looks good! Or wide shot of bad apartments, or cars or you know the details that turn people on about movies. And some scenes did not blend into others, scenes were just cut, and you could see where the next scene began. It kinda made what could have look like a "Waiting to Exhale" look more like a low budget piece. I think wider shots with panoramic views that let you see decor and some ambience could have dressed up the film. A simple walk along the river like in "Brown Sugar" adds taste to a movie. Just my thoughts. Francine Comment on this...
