Hi I am a starving artist looking to get a cartoon that is creatively unigue and humorously simular to the simpsons to to air on TV or into the eyes of producers or anyone who can make that happen. If anyone has any info that will help me i glady apprieciate it. And trust me with the responses from critics who seen my artwork say the outcome of a cartoon series should be a deffinate success. I believe any offer to help will be usefull to me as an advantage and a learning experience as well. thank you.

Boy, can I relate! Not to the 'starving' part, thankfully, but I do have a script for a t.v. movie based on his characters from the series, 'Taxi'. Only this is a drama. I've submitted the script to Mr.Brooks, only to have it returned with the suggestion that I seek an agent to represent me. Wherein lies the old catch22. You won't get a chance unless you have the experience. On the other hand, where are you supposed to get the experience if no one will give you a chance? OY!!!
Anyway, Mr. Brooks, if you're reading this, please give my script a read. It's based on characters YOU created, anyway. And the story has a twist that 'Taxi' fans will find intriguing if not a bit upsetting. I had a heck of a time trying to decide if I should take this direction, but then realized to go any other way would've been a cop-out to the status quo and I'd never forgive myself. So, like a couple of 'Taxi' co-stars who took (and still take it) to the limit; Andy and Danny, I had to be true to what I wanted to create. It IS worth a read. And who better to produce the script than one of the creators of the original show.
Thanks for llistening.
