Stavros Kazantzidis
Kazantzidis trained at Sydney College of the Arts and the Australian Film, Television and Radio School where his graduating film, Road to Alice won Best Short Film at the 1992 AFI Awards. He produced and co-wrote the low budget hit, Love and Other Catastrophes (1996) starring
Frances O'Connor and directed the award-winning romantic comedy Russian Doll (2001) starring
Hugo Weaving, co-written and produced by Allanah Zitserman. Kazantzidis has also contributed additional writing to
Jane Campion's next project, In The Cut starring
Meg Ryan. Horseplay is Kazantzidis' third feature as director.
