Peppe Barra makes his film debut after a career in stage, television and music. During the 70's, he starred in the play La Gatta Cenerentola performed around the world. He then starred in the one-man show Scherzo in musica in due tempi which he also performed in Paris and Bombay. His first record album, Mo'vene, won the Tenco Award for Best Male Singer.
