Kris McQuade
One of Australia's most respected character actors, McQuade has worked in film, television and theatre for nearly three decades.
A NIDA graduate, McQuade has starred in films that have become part of Australia's cinema lore, including: ALVIN PURPLE, ESKIMO NELL, LOVE LETTERS FROM TERALBA ROAD, KOSTAS, LONELY HEARTS, NOW AND FOREVER, COCA COLA KID, REMEMBER ME, STRICTLY BALLROOM, BROKEN HIGHWAY and the musical comedy extravaganza, BILLY'S HOLIDAY. Her work has earned her several industry awards and nominations and she can lay claim to having featured in practically every major Australian television series since the mid-seventies.
Theatrical credits are also considerable and she recently starred in the European tour of CLOUDSTREET, directed by Neil Armfield.
