Robert MacNaughton
Robert MacNaughton began his acting career at South Coast Repertory in Southern California when he was 12 years old, and became a member of New York's famed Circle Repertory Company at 13, receiving rave reviews and several awards for his performance there in The Diviners opposite William Hurt. In 1980, MacNaughton began working in television, making his debut in the TV movie Angel City, followed by The Electric Grandmother and Big Bend Country.
Following E. T, MacNaughton starred in the feature I Am The Cheese, HBO's Vietnam War Story, Dennis Potter's Visitors and episodes of Newhart and Amen, as well as numerous theatrical productions including South Coast Repertory's Master Harold and the Boys and Henry V with Kevin Kline for the New York Shakespeare Festival in Central Park.
