I saw the movie Pumpkin and I fell in love with it. It is a great movie about a girl who falles in love with a mentally challenged boy and I think it is very sweet. In reallity there is some controversy because som people are different, but what they can't see is that everybody is special. This movie is very touching and I would give it 200000 stars ;-D

I finally took the time to sit down and watch Pumpkin, and was not at all dissappointed Hank Harris did quite a commendable job, especially with being able to hold his own while sharing the screen with Ms. Ricci, who for her few years is still hailed as an indie queen, in fact Mr. Harris' role at times even over shadowed hers, and I found myself wishing we could perhaps forget about Carolyn and focus more on Hank....Which got me to thinking(ohh, dangerous) I get on my computer and this kid, amazing as he may be has no fan club, just sort of a surprize, and so I invoke ye, oh fan girls! do what it is you do so well...anyhow Hank, you got the chops kid can't wait to see more of you/what you write(which is so incredibly amiable) and furthermore bueno, bueno

I just rented *Pumpkin* tonight and i watched it, now i'm not the sentemental type but wow did he give me a couple scenes to cry at. My god that man has a great future ahead of him with his overwelming talent. Now i don't know exactly everything considering i'm only 15 but i truly think he's a major work of art thats been placed in a position where he can turn any scene into reality. Christina Ricci was extreamly lucky to have been able to be with him he's amazing!!! I really wish i had a Pumpkin of my own,, Hank where are u!?Smile

The guy that is in the VW commercial is Bill Briggs of DuBois,PA. I know this because I went to high school with him. He was the drm major in the marching band. Any way he is an aspiring actor who was in an off broadway musical called Naked Boys Singing. Look for him in an upcoming Fed EX commercial.

WE DIG TARDS! (Sun Jan 5, 2003 4:16am ET)report post

I happened to pick up "Pumpkin" whilie browsing the new DVD's, always in search of an enjoyable unique movie. "Pumpkin" mored than delivered the satisfaction that I craved. The story was wonderful and the potrayal it had of false joy and not embracing or recgonizing pain got to me... Hank was also absolutely adorable and left both myself and Gretchen swooning... We'd love to hear more of Hank, he did a commendable job! Inside everyone of us is a Pumpkin waiting to get out...
