| by I.B. Dave `The key to Jennifer Westfeldt's success is her voice. I was in radio for 18 years and she has some of the best pipes you're going to hear. Must be the theater training. The fans need to hear you in the back row and the upper deck. One can lose the emotion by being over- powering. Mzzz Westfeldt projects beaut- fully. All singers will tell you that the bottom line is specific emotion. Jen has such a soft touch. There is lilt and brightness. There is a boquet of emotion! This is an advantage to writers that want the right dramatic feel for their script. And a blessink for the audience. Comment on this... |

The dialogues have so much to chew on and not to mention the perfect comic deliveries! I have watched it so many times I find myself using them in my conversations subconciously. | by Dawn the movie was excellent. It is just as wonderfull on the 20th viewing as on the first. I find myself oozing love and affection for this movie to anyone who will listen. My friends and family have watched it as a favor to me and then ask to see it agian. You can feel the loving energy that went into making this film. Jennifer, you are a star. watch out, because you are on your way. You have amazing talent, your "boat scene" delivery was killer and your scenes with tovah- there aren't words. I've never had anything that open, beautiful and touching ever come out on paper or for that matter leave my mouth before. This movie speaks to everyone, obviously, I just happened to pick it up at the video store and the next day went and bought it. Thanks for helping straight people like me to think a little more compassionately, while being intellengently entertained. I look forward to your upcomming projects.
