Shawn Doyle is both a writer and actor. His feature film debut as an actor was in The Long Kiss Goodnight in 1996. He has since gone on to appear in such films as Knockaround Guys, The Majestic, Don't Say a Word, Frequency, Rabbit Punch, Babyface, Papertrail, Darkman III: Die Darkman Die and The Hangman's Bride, which he also wrote.
For television, Doyle's work includes HBO First Look: The Majestic, Stiletto Dance, Who Killed Atlanta's Children?, Justice, Peacekeepers, Giant Mine and the mini-series Storm of the Century and The Last Don II. Other notable series work includes Blue Murder, Foolish Heart, Due South, Earth: Final Conflict and Psi Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal.
