| by Jennifer S. Adams Hey, I'm trying to find out about this guy, partly because he was involved in Sundance and partly because he is quoted in an ad that's running in this week's New Yorker. The ad is for amc (TV for movie people, but then I don't have TV).... In the "I want to be Clive McLean" portion of the lengthy ad, Peter Mattei states re: the porn trade: "The people in this business just do their jobs. They do them without apologies, without shame or guilt, and go home at night to their families." I just think there's something inherently flawed in this statement. I hope the man was misquoted. Lots of people's heads have been messed with as a result of engaging in porn. Comment on this... |
