Lil Bow Wow, the fourteen year old hip-hop phenomenon, makes his feature film debut in All About the Benjamins. A veteran in the rap game, Bow Wow made his first stage appearance on the Chronic Tour at age 6. He was dubbed Lil Bow Wow by Snoop Dogg, and hired as the opening act for his tour. His debut album, Beware Of Dog, on So So Def/Columbia Records, hit the RIAA double-platinum mark as Lil Bow Wow had embarked on his first major U.S. tour. The charismatic, teenage performing artist has racked up record-breaking ticket sales and added additional dates to meet the overwhelming demand. Lil Bow Wow completed a highly successful series of dates opening for *NSYNC in November-December 2000.
Bow Wow's Beware Of Dog debuted at #8 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart and kicked out the #1 Rap single Bow Wow (That's My Name). His videos--That's My Name and Puppy Love--were voted #1 videos on BET. Most recently, Bow Wow won Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards: Best Male Artist. He recently appeared in MTV's feature presentation, Carmen, a hip-hopera based on Bizet's classic opera, and has made guest appearances on Moesha, The Steve Harvey Show and Brothers Garcia.
