| by crafty55 I had me a wonderful "sookie" orgasm last night (boy wouldnt my hubby be surprised!)  , when i got to spend my first night in LA where i got to go to what i would consider my "Mecca" , The Groundlings theatre. I was already so excited just to be there, as i am a character actress from the mid west who just moved to the west coast, who also has a passion for sketch comedy. I was sitting there having a great time, when all of a sudden i looked up and saw a woman enter the stage, and from the second she started to smile i knew in a second that it was "sookie!" Now, i have to admit that i am a fan of the show because it is one of the smartest written shows on television (no, that is not an oxymoron) but because the cast just has the most perfect timing and play so well together. but melissa has always been my fave of the show. She made my night and she was a sweetheart when she came out after the show and talked to the "crazy lady from ks" who was so excited to see her you would of thought she a piece of hand rolled gnache with a cherry on top! It just made the night all that more special. and she is indeed a real delight on stage as well!! I could only hope and pray that maybe some day i might get to share a stage or a reel with her, or maybe even to actually have a chance to direct her. Hell, just to go watch her in some future shows at the groundlings would be enough for me. so go, if you get a chance. well worth it time and money wise! Now excuse me, as i go form the official mellisa mccarthy fan club!Comment on this... |
