Michael Weston (born in New York City, New York, USA on October 25, 1973) is an American television and film actor. He is best known for his role as Jake in the critically acclaimed HBO drama Six Feet Under.

He holds a degree in Theater and Arts from Northwestern University. He is also the son of piano virtuoso Arthur Rubinstein.

In 2000, He changed his last name from Rubinstein to Weston because there was already a Michael Rubinstein in the Screen Actors Guild.
