Michael Weston

Michael Weston garnered much recognition for his pivotal role as Jake in HBO's acclaimed series, SIX FEET UNDER.

Weston will be seen in the Universal's State of Play starring Russell Crowe, Rachel McAdams and Ed Norton for director Kevin MacDonald. He was last seen in Lakeshore's feature film, The Last Kiss opposite Zach Braff and Jacinda Barrett, for director Tony Goldwyn. He was also featured in Fox Searchlight's Garden State. His other film credits include Dukes of Hazzard, Hart's War, Getting To Know You, Lucky Numbers, Cherry Falls and Sally. He recently completed production on two independent films: Looking For Sunday, directed by Mark Piznarski and Wedding Daze, directed by The State's Michael Ian Black and co-starring Jason Biggs and Isla Fisher.

On stage, Weston has appeared in Waverly Gallery at the Pasadena Playhouse, the off-Broadway production of Snakebit, The Deep Blue Sea," at New York's Roundabout Theatre, and four plays at Williamstown, including productions of The Matchmaker, Johnny On A Spot, Misha's Party and Dead End.

Weston's other television credits include the CBS telefilm Helter Skelter, as well as episodes of the TV series Saved, ER, Monk, Frasier and Night Man. Currently, he can be seen in recurring roles on the hit shows Scrubs and Law and Order: SVU.

Born and raised in New York City, Weston is a graduate of Northwestern University. His father is the actor John Rubinstein; his grandfather is the late legendary classical pianist Arthur Rubinstein.
