Rah Digga

Rapper Rah Digga makes her feature film debut with 13 Ghosts. She has also recently appeared in MTV's Hip Hopera: Carmen, a hip-hop remake of Carmen Jones, which first aired on MTV in June of 2001.

Hailing from Newark, New Jersey, Rah's bold and unforgettable performance at New York's Lyricist's Lounge prompted Q-Tip of A Tribe Called Quest fame to take notice which led to her big break in 1997 as the only female member of the Flipmode Squad, Busta Rhymes' hip-hop ensemble.

In April 2000, Rah Digga released her solo debut album, Dirty Harriet, which produced the chart topping, scorching single Imperial (featuring Busta Rhymes). From appearing in various ad campaigns for Tommy Hilfiger, Davoucci, Maurice Malone and HBO to making guest appearances on numerous soundtracks and compilations such as MTV's movie Carmen, Dr. Doolittle 2, Violators V.2, and the upcoming Blade 2 soundtrack, Rah Digga has positioned herself among the elite in hip-hop culture. She is currently working on a second album and can be seen in upcoming events such as The Michael Jackson Anniversary Tribute on CBS and MTV2's Sisters of Hip Hop Tour this fall.
