Joe Charbanic makes his motion picture directing debut with The Watcher. He has had a long and exciting career in directing music videos for several cutting-edge artists including Mary J. Blige, Soul Asylum, Slash, Sonic Youth, Coolio, Ice T. and Ice Cube, as well as Harry Connick Jr., Aaron Neville, Amy Grant and En Vogue.
Impressed by his video work actor Keanu Reeves hired him to direct a series of videos for his band Dogstar as well as a documentary and DVD on the group. He recently directed the music video Do You Right for the group 311.
