| by alex riding Donnie Darko was an awesome achievement, i realy realy enjoyed it, visually spectacular, but you people are nutters, don't groval so much you ain't gonna get anything from it! He's my favourate directer! sort yourself out, someone doesn't fully prove themselves untill they fulfill their promises from their previous films. i'm still waiting for PTAnddersson to prove himself, which he has very nearly done, with three amazing features (and a very unforfilling debeut). oh my god i should be shot for my spelling! | by Mary Richard Kelly is an amazing writer/director, and simply because of Donnie Darko, I will see any movie he involves himself with...You can see in the first five minutes how much emotion and intelligence was put into it, and the obiouvs amounts of vision and creativity by Mr. Kelly give his faithful followers so much to look forward to! If anything I enjoyed it as much today as the first time I saw it. I think that it a work of absolute genius. And for all those lazy critics out there it does make total sense! I believe Donnie Darko is one of the most touching visions of that moment. As I get older and further away from that point, it's nice to know others noticed. Comment on this... |
