''viva las vegas" was one of his best films, and ann was as powerful an entertainer as he was in that film. then in 1971's "carnal knowledge" she gave a compelling ,dramatic performance as jack nicholson's unstable girlfriend and won an oscar nomination for it. in 1975's "tommy" she gives another dazzling, knockout performance singing and dancing her way to another oscar nomination---see this film again, she is really incredible in it. she has given knockout perfomances on television, including "the two mrs. grenvilles" and blanche in " a streetcar named desire"---just to name two. not to mention broadway shows, concerts,etc. need i go on? this woman is as multi-talented as she is beautiful, she can do ANYTHING, and has proven it many times. she really is a national treasure. | by Medda hater 1.) she has fake boobs 2.) her hair is orange 3.) she cannot sing to save her life 4.) she has purple gums 5.) she gets to have Jack Kelly kiss her 6.) she has too much cleavage 7.) she has a piercingly annoying scream 8.) she wears too much pink 9.) her denchers look really fake 10.) she does a bad Swedish accent whatever you do.....do not rent newsies to see ann-margret in it. try to concentrate on the other actors in the movie rather than her. i still do not understand why she is in the movie to begin with. she has no talent whatsoever.
