| by David Feder I knew Dan back when he was doing theater in Dallas in the 1980s, spent several months as drinking buddies (not drunks, just enjoying the Dallas social scene) and solving the world's problems in general. Then I saw him act. Dan is a phenomenal actor who we simply never see enough of. Although a gifted comedian with "perfect pitch" when being funny, as a serious actor his ability to "become" his character is almost eerie. I lost touch with him when he went off to Hollywood, and judging from some of the comments posted here I'm not the only one. But hey, he was a sincere and decent and talented guy then and as weird as the LA scene gets, I am sure he hasn't changed. We've all got lives. You go, Dan! Comment on this... |
