He has created memorable performances in films such as Boomerang, Vampire in Brooklyn, and House Party and has earned a reputation as one of the most gifted comic actors working today. His other film credits include Ride, Hollywood Shuffle, and Bird. Since starting his career as the opening act for world-renowned entertainers like Richard Pryor, Roberta Flack, Chaka Khan, Tom Jones and George Benson, Witherspoon has become one of the most popular stand-up comedians. He regularly works as a headliner touring the country performing his act on national tours.
He will next be seen in Ladies' Man and New Line Cinema's Little Nicky, starring Adam Sandler.
