Billy Wirth

Billy Wirth was on his way to a career in business at Brown University when the notion to register with a modeling agency during a summer vacation changed his course significantly. He took acting classes, secured an agent and made his acting debut in the feature film, SEVEN MINUTES IN HEAVEN. A featured role in LOST BOYS came next and with his role in WAR PARTY, Wirth made the commitment to be an actor. To date, his feature film roles include, BOYS ON THE SIDE with Whoopi Goldberg and Drew Barrymore, JUDICIAL CONSENT with Bonnie Bedelia, FINAL MISSION, BODYSNATCHERS with Gabrielle Anwar and Forest Whitaker, the 1999 Sundance hit, RELAX, IT'S JUST SEX , the sleeper hit, ME AND WILL and the CBS 4 hour mini-series, CHILDREN OF THE DUST with Sydney Poitier. Wirth was cast by Garry Marshall for a leading role in the series NOTHING IN COMMON. Billy will be premiering his directorial debut, MACARTHUR PARK, from a script he co-wrote, in Competition at the 2001 Sundance Film Festival.
