Wow ! since i watch the cutting edge when i was 15 old i had decided that one day im gonna find the cd of cutting edge of moira and d.b ..............he so terrible cute on that movie and make me more fally his acting with ........... moira ......................... i wish meet him one day ..................

I fell in love with D.B. Sweeney's acting when I first saw The Cutting Edge (an absolutely wonderful movie). Then I couldn't get enough of seeing him. He is wonderful as the navigator in the movie Memphis Belle, and the grandson to Peter Falk in Roommates, the baseball player in Eight Men Out (he really was a very good baseball player in school until an accident ruined his pro baseball aspirations). He is such a good-looking guy with so much talent! It is unfortunate that the movie industry hasn't tapped his talent and given him more leading roles. He is such a very good actor, athlete, skater (he really skates folks!) and seems to be an all around nice guy. Hope to see more and more of him in better and better movies.

Cutting Edge has been showing on WE network. Great movie, great job. Watched at least 5 times in last 2 months. Is Sweeny doing anything new? Would like to see more.

In answer to your question - D B Sweeney does the voice for Sitka in the animated movie Brother Bear which has just been released. He is writing film scripts and he also is doing a movie tentatively called Speak which hasn't been completed yet. He is a real talent, which is lacking in many so called stars in films nowadays. Yes, I am biased because I think he is terrific!

I'm disabled and i think d.b. sweeney is a
great actor. i got a picture signed by him in the mail and i love it! he's the best.

He's a terrific actor, great personality, don't know why he hasn't scored more leading roles.
