Kathy Ireland is an American supermodel, actress and businesswoman, born in Santa Barbara, California. She has a line of clothing sold by Kmart. For a while, she hosted a segment on viewer mail and fitness tips on TV's BodyShaping.
Kathy has made numerous television and movie appearances, including roles in Side Out, Mr. Destiny, Loaded Weapon I and Necessary Roughness.
Although formerly pro-choice, Ireland switched her views after reading her husband's biology books. Now she is a pro-life activist and has stated that, "at the moment of conception, a life starts. And this life has its own unique set of DNA, which contains a blueprint for the whole genetic makeup. The sex is determined. We know there's a life because it's growing and changing."
