| by EH I have known Leon since 1990 and has since been watching him grow by the day. He is definitely not a 'yes' man, has a strong mind of his own which gains him respect from his fans and co-workers alike. At the same time, he has also offended many on the way because of his strong character. I think that is the main reason he is still being criticized today no matter how much he has improved. However, these criticisms only make him more determined than ever to do much better and he has definitely proved it today with his own production company and so selflessly trying to promote 3 new artists in his concert. I have been watching the entertainment industry for a long long time since I was 10 years old. The older artists have a sense of responsibility, worked hard to prove themselves. Looking at the new generation singers, I can't find any bit of responsibility in them, no sense of respect, and was utterly shocked to hear them bad-mouthing the older singers. I think that is outrageous! Shameful!!! Why can't the new generation learn to behave or at least be like Leon. He works hard, do his part of the job, and I have never, never heard him bad-mouthing anybody at all. He has many achievements which many others could only look on and feel jealous about it. He definitely has gained my respect and this hard-earned respect does go a long way! If you do not consider Leon a Legend in the HK Entertainment circles, I could not think of anyone else who could fit into this pair of shoes! Comment on this... |
