James Horan is an American character actor who has been on a lot of tv shows and some films too.He has starred some soap operas like Guiding Light as Det. Kirk Winters in 1981,Another World as Denny Hobson,and appeared on The Edge of Night.

James Horan is well known in the Star Trek community for his rolls on Star Trek The Next Generation as a Takaran named Jo'Brill in the season 6 episode Suspicions,and appeared as Luentenant Barnaby in the season 7 episode Descent Part 2.His other aother Star Trek appearances were on Star Trek Deep Space Nine as a Jem'Hadar named Ikat'ika in the Season 5 episodes In Purgatory's Shadow parts 1 and 2,he played Tosin in the Star Trek Voyager season 3 episode Fair Trade,and as the mysterious man from the future on Star Trek Enterprise.

James Horan is well known for his roll as the evil Immortal named Grayson on the hit science fiction tv series Highlander in the season 1 episode Band of Brothers.

Other than tv and film,he has voiced his talents on a lot of video games,some of the games for Star Trek.

He has made some guest appearances on tv shows,some of those appearances range from Remington Steele,Zorro,and Melrose Place.
