Hey Michael, I have a treatment for you. NYC, late 90's true story, Ol. Twist, Zelig, Fletch-like. If you can get it made, I'll work with you. So far, I've offered it to Sandler, Slater etc. but so far only "Paul Rao" is responding. Any help appreciated.
