In the fall of 2006 John Pyper-Ferguson will play the role of Joe Whedon Traylor in the new ABC drama series Brothers & Sisters.
His notable film credits include roles in Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven and the cult phenomenon, Hard Core Logo. More recently he appeared in She's the Man as Amanda Bynes' father.
Pyper-Ferguson has played roles in numerous television series, including the pilot of the original CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The X-Files, as the pistol packing Pete Hutter in The Adventures of Brisco County Jr., and more recently in the ABC dramas In Justice and Night Stalker. Next he will appear in the miniseries Everest 82, scheduled to air next year.
A die hard hockey fan, John Pyper-Ferguson enjoys roadtripping, hiking, hanging out on the baseball diamond and all other sports.
