Peter McDonald
Peter McDonald recently co-starred with Brendan Gleeson in Paddy Breathnach's popular Irish gangster comedy I Went Down. He previously worked alongside Bob Hoskins in Robert Young's Captain Jack, and appeared in director John Carney's feature film debut November Afternoon. McDonald will next be seen in Myles Connell's The Opportunist, with Christopher Walken.
A graduate of the University College Dublin, McDonald is a founding member of Fly by Night Productions, a theatre company he started with friends, including the critically hailed young playwright and I Went Down screenwriter Connor McPherson. McDonald stars in McPherson's feature directorial debut, Saltwater, based on his play The Lime Tree Bower.
