We can see him in a bitter, hardcore play by David Mamet called American Buffalo at the Berkshire Theatre Festival. It’s about three small-time crooks plotting a big heist that’s doomed to fail. He plays Teach, the obscene, know-it-all bully trying to get the other two lowlifes to see the difference between friendship and business. It plays July 26-August 13. | by jennie I think that Chris Noth is one of the most gifted artist in the business. yes, he has looks on his side, but beyond that, he is very talented. His expressions wihether it is in his tone or with his facial expression puts him up there with the likes of Donald Sutherland and Eric Roberts. No matter what they do, they pull you into what they do and the role becomes theirs and no-one can replace them. Mr. Noth has the ambience that very few carry with them and keep you remembering them and searching them out for other work that they have done. I have seen a lot of the movies that he has done and have enjoyed everyone of them. Keep up the good work.. Wish he was on everything. Comment on this... |

| by Candy I just love Chris Noth, After my divorce back in the early 90's , I lost a lot of my interests in just about everything..I remember turning on the t.v. one night and seeing this handsome man ... I had never watched "Law and Order" before.. But after watching Chris I never missed the show... He is everything a woman could ever want ...Handsome, talented and strong.... He seems to have the qualities of a true Scorpio .. As a scorpio woman , I know that we strive to do our best and with the intense emotions and drive that we posses we have the strength to care and love for others as we would like have others do for us as well.. | by reina The man is an extrememly gifted actor. That's what stands out for me. In my opinion he is the best in his art. I wish that commentors at this site find something of substance to say about him rather than stuff like he is "hot" or "gorgeous". Who cares??? He is made up to fit a role and the aesthetic aspect of any one of us is just the tip of the iceberg. What is important about any person lies much more deeper than that. So, in essence, he could look like the back end of a camel and I still would be in awe of his giftedness. Comment on this... |
