I couldn't agree more! I hope he does win an Oscar in the future. However, he must be more selective in choosing his roles - much of what he does seems to go straight to video.

HE IS ONE HELL OF AN ACTOR. I KNOW HE HAS HAD GREAT REVIEWS IN HIS SEMI-COMEDY ROLES BUT FOR ME WHEN HE IS PLAYING A TOUGH GUY ROLE THERE ARE FEW AROUND TO TOUCH HIM. I THOUGHT HE WAS FANTASTIC IN THE WARRIORS,48 HOURS,AND THE COTTON CLUB.I CAN SEE HIM WINNING AN OSCAR IN THE FUTURE IF HE IS SELECTIVE ABOUT ANY TOUGH GUY ROLES IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.
