9/11 Docu-Fairytale (Mon Sep 11, 2006 3:05am ET)report post
by Joel Pressman
I tried to give this film a fair hearing, but 2 hours into it, it was clear that the film was a political hatchet job, which should have been called "Don't blame GW for screwing up the world - blame Bill Clinton." Before the movie ever aired, we all had seen the reports of the lies and distortions in this film. That ABC allowed them to proceed anyway is a sad commentary. I have already notified the few sponsors that this citizen is now boycotting them for life. I urge others to do the same. Contact ABC, Disney, Baja Fresh, and Betty Crocker and tell them why you will never give them another dollar to spend on deceiving the American people.

Stop Platt's lies (Thu Sep 7, 2006 10:36am ET)report post
by Stop Platt's lies
Here's the letter I've sent to ABC about the disgusting new Platt production:

Do you idiots remember what happened to the idiots who tried to impeach Bill Clinton? THEY LOST!

Your "Path to 9-11" will lead ABC to serious public rebukes and popular consequences.

Stop trying to impeach Bill Clinton with lies. Marc Platt is telling the world that Clinton and his administration deliberately refused to fight or capture bin Laden. Prove it.

Isn't the truth dramatic enough without putting out this "fictionalized" hit piece? Marc Platt needs to be reprimanded and his package of lies needs to be re-edited to remove these "fictionalized" attacks.

Why on Earth would anyone want to portray the incompetent Bush as able while demeaning the American president who was most capable, succeeding even during the irrational impeachment trial? Is Marc Platt simply competing with Tony Snow for biggest Bush booster as his administration implodes?

ABC should be embarrassed and I urge you to slash the scenes of "fictionalized" attacks on the Clinton administration. Do you really want to piss off the American public with this lying impeachment attempt?

Dear Marc:
I love this film and Okholoma and all the old movies. I watch them over and over. I think these are the best ever. They will never die. You will live on forever.

Good on you for giving us all these movies. I love you.

Hi! Have you thought of contacting the film producers such as MGM or Warner Bros. for the address. This is the first place I would go. They will then send you on even if it is not the right place you will get closer to the end result.

My problem is getting away from people with cameras so I understand why he does not make the information available to the public.
