| by Stunned I have just watched Hart's War on Movies 1 and was absolutley blown away by Marcel Iures. If he had been on the poster for the film instead of Willis I would definitely have gone to see the film at the cinema and am very disappointed that I didn't as I feel the tv size Iures is just not enough for me. I want more!! much more!! Feel slightly guilty that the film has inspired me toward fantasies about an SS commandant but it was unavoidable particularly because of the scene where he finally unbuttoned his army uniform to reveal a crisp white shirt while having a brandy and listening to some jazz. I love him!! And his lovely eyes and his beautiful mouth. Comment on this... | ||||

| by Karen Johnston I read a review of "Amen" on the Net and wondered when this film will be shown. It sounds as though release may be limited, but I have a local arthouse cinema, the Richmond Filmhouse (Richmond, Surrey, UK) which may show the film. Marcel Iures needs a wider audience, but I hope he doesn't lose his European roots, and that gorgeous accent ! Comment on this... |

| by Karen Johnston I first saw Marcel Iures in "Cambridge Spies" a few weeks ago, and was impressed by this cool, enigmatic actor who could convey so much with a glance. Unfortunately he appeared in only two episodes: the series wasn't quite so watchable beyond these. Then I discovered he was in "Hart's War", and watched the video. Bruce Willis and Colin Farrell were the so-called leads, but I only had eyes for Marcel Iures, who acted them both off the screen as Oberst Werner Visser. What a performance ! This actor has such presence - the role should've been expanded to give him more screen time. Wonderful. Comment on this... |

| by Manuela Dinu Ma numesc Manuela si locuiesc in Londra.Lucraz la un hotel ca operator de calculator si intamplarea a fost sa il vad in receptia hotelului,astazi,28 july 2003 pe Marcel Iures.Este actorul meu preferat si am ramas socata cand l-am vazut.I-m spus pur si simplu: "Nu-mi vine sa cred ca va vad!"Mi-a transformat ziua de munca intr-un vis...un vis devenit realitate.De cand sunt la Londra am avut placerea sa-l intalnesc pe Majestatea Sa,Regele Mihai,anul trecut de ziua dansului si intreaga lui familie si pe Marcel Iures...Sunt foarte fericita ca mi-am intalnit idolul si aceasta zi o sa-mi ramana in memorie pentru totdeauna. THIS IT WAS ON THE FILM SET IN ROMANIA, HE WAS IN THIS ROMANTIC FILM ,"JANUARY DREAM" HE WAS IN THIS FILM SUPERB PLAYNG LIZT THE HUNGARIAN COMPOZER. I WAS THERE WORKING ON THIS FILM SET COSTUME DEPT. BUT IS A GREAT ACTOR IN THEATRE,THE BEST RECENT HE WAS ON BBC TWO CAMBRIDGE SPIES.I AM TELING YOU PEAPLE IT WAS THE BEST. | by MIA E extraordinar sa dai search pe net de marcel iures asa sa fi torusi constient ca este cel mai bun actor al romanilor si mai ales sa gasesti peste 3 mii de pag. de informatii destre acesta.Intr-o tara in care nu mai merge nimic se pare ca o mai scoatem la capat cu un traumatizant razboi si cu filmele lui marcel iures .E foarte important sa vezi atatea mesaje ptr. un actor roman desi cu siguranta dispunem de mult mai multe si mai mari talente decat francezii,italienii sau nemtii.Finally " Make love not war"and give to marcel iures a better way to prove his talent in better and more known films!! | by garance Bravo, une présence indéniable pour le film Mission évasion, j'oserais même dire plus de charisme que Bruce Willis à qui il dame le pion indéniablement. Je souhaite pour ma part vous revoir plus souvent sur le grand écran, un jeu de qualité vraiment , que dire de plus sinon merci c'est un réel bonheur. Comment on this... |
