Nicky Katt's character in "A Time To Kill" is Billy Ray Cobb, who's the brother of Freddie Lee Cobb (Kiefer Sutherland) and the son of Cora Mae Cobb (Beth Grant). In the courthouse Carl Lee Hailey (Samuel L. Jackson) shoots him and James Louis after they raped his daughter, Tonya Hailey (Rae'ven Kelly).
